Product Description
This hopper is made optimized for soft fruits and berries. It breaks apart blocks of frozen product, either in bulk or other packages, into smaller, manageable sizes.
- Blocks are processed according to size
- Bigger blocks are are first dropped onto a screen
- Smaller blocks are broken up by two adjustable-gap rotating shafts.
- Broken up product is collected and moves to the next step, typically by one of:
- Elevator
- Conveyor
- Vibratory feeder
