Product Counter Sensor*

A SAW mounted sensor monitors and counts each cob or other product that enters the unit, creating a data point for iNTELLIPRO™ CONNECT and your digital needs.

200 and 300 ear per minute (EPM) capacities per unit

Higher throughput and capacity than other units, and without a need of the space for a dual-lane unit at these capacity levels. Please discuss your capacity needs and facility space with your PROEX FOOD representative to establish the right configuration(s) for your line.

All-New Cutter Head

Blade Maintenance System

Revolutionary pivoting blade system cuts down blade replacement and adjustments from 1 hour or more on legacy units to around 5 minutes. No need to fully remove the shaft, making this much easier.

Steel Infeed Chain / Conveyor

More robust infeed chain is designed to work harmoniously with the new cutter head, while also reducing downtime, parts replacements, and maintenance tasks due to common operator errors on many other models in the market.

Easy Blade Access

New proprietary design simplifies both maintenance and hygiene tasks on the blades, reducing downtime and tasks execution times. No need to change an entire arbor, much easier process.

Easy Blade Adjustment

Fast adjustments to width for tob and tail and/or cobette cuts, within infeed chain tolerances.

Washdown Rating Options

Built to handle sanitation needs in industrial environments. Standard motors are IP55 rated for light washdown conditions, suitable for low-pressure spray in non-corrosive settings. For harsher cleaning protocols, IP65-rated and/or stainless steel motor upgrades are available and often recommended.
