Optimize your sorting process by integrating the right feeder. We have several models made to work with several sorter styles and make, from roller graders to wire graders. These are especially useful for post-IQF grading and sorting, where the product needs to be separated and freed from any ice.
We have versions for not only round products, but also tubular / oblong ones.

Operation
A sieve screen is mounted to the deck. The opening size can be customized to your needs.
The product is broken up into individual units and sent to a chute discharge. Ice and fragments are sent to a waste valve.
