Product Description
Especially in fresh market and/or manually-picked fruits and vegetables, crates are often used. However, how often are the cleaned? Reduce contamination and mitigate decay by keeping your crates / baskets / buckets clean.
Operating Principle
Used / dirty crates are slid onto the steel guides at the machine entry. A conveyor chain fitted with small paddles grab the containers and feed them into the main washing section. Next, a series of multi-directional nozzles spray jets of water / detergent mix. This hygienically cleans and disinfects the crates. Sieves help remove solids.
After the cleaning section, washed crates are fed to the rinsing section. Fresh water is sprayed as they pass through. Speeds can be adjusted in these processes.
