Product Description
This specialized vibratory water glazer applies a cold water mist to your products, typically floretted broccoli or cauliflower. This glazer has also been used on frozen berry lines. This helps fortify the strength of the pieces prior to calibration / grading. It also adds an attractive sheen to the product and slightly increases the weight.
Operation
In the first section, a screen filters out figments and other partial pieces of product. From there, the product is vibrated across two additional screen in a plexiglas enclosure. During this second stage, water mist is sprayed over the tumbling product. Electronic actuators drive the vibration system.
All screens on the vibratory water glazer are easily swapped out for different size configurations and/or cleaning.
