Separate Potato and Root Veg Solids and Liquids Post Peeling

This drum filter is highly recommended to be used as part of your water cleaning system after an abrasive peeler.  The machine is designed to separate solids from wastewater and other industrial slurries. Our drum filter is configured for food processing, using technology similar to brewing, chemical and plastic production.

Operation

• Waste liquid enters the machine through ports and flows onto the drum
• The drum filter uses sieve slots to keep solids larger than the screen from entering
• These solids that remain on the drum surface are later removed by a scraper
• The screened water passes into the drum and is directed to the outlet port installed in the bottom part of the machine body.
• The sieve rotational speed is adjusted with the variable frequency drive, which allows the screening process to be matched to the particular raw material and the required capacity
• Additionally, the machine is equipped with a sprayer for cleaning the drum with water
